The Beach Rocks My World
The beach rocks my world with its cooling winds and roaring waves. Fun and relaxing, the beach is my home away from home; a safe haven. After a long, hot car ride, I run down the burning sand, the gentle wind playing with my hair. Crashing, waves call out a greeting to me as I race down the beach. I dive into a wave and let the ocean toss me back and forth. Like a piece of heaven, the beach is worry-free zone for me and a perfect peaceful place. To quote a famous  Bohemian–Austrian poet, Rainer Maria Rilke, “When anxious, uneasy and bad thoughts come, I go to the sea, and the sea drowns them out with its great wide sounds, cleanses me with its noise and imposes a rhythm upon everything in me that is bewildered and confused.” and that is why the beach rocks my world.
